The 31st editionof the popular annual mega trade fair, the India International Trade Fair (IITF), is currently going on at Pragati Maidan, New Delhifrom November 14 to 27, 2011.The fair attracts huge amount of interest among both domestic and international traders, with many major brands across all sectors participating in a big way.
The “business days” tickets are priced at Rs. 400, the “general days” entry tickets between November 19 and 27 for adults are priced at Rs.40 on weekdays and Rs.60 on weekends and holidays. For children, the entry tickets are priced at Rs.20 on weekdays and Rs.30 on weekends and holidays. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation is selling entry tickets for the India International Trade Fair’s business days (November 14 to 18) from terminal and interchange stations on all lines. The stations from where tickets could be purchased are Rithala, Dilshad Garden, Jehangirpuri, HUDA City Centre, Noida City Centre, Dwarka Sector-21, Anand Vihar, Yamuna Bank, Central Secretariat, Sarita Vihar, Inderlok, Mundka, Kashmere Gate, Rajiv Chowk and Pragati Maidan Metro Station. Moreover, Between November 19 and 27, there will be 24 manual ticket counters functioning at Pragati Maidan metro station. Additional DMRC personnel, customer facilitation agents and security staff will also be deployed at all stations on these days.
