You may have visited Goa at least once in your lifetime, but you would not be able to recognize the Union Territory if you go now. The cities would be very well decorated with lights, banners, flowers, streamers, and more.
The Carnaval is a huge get together of the indigenous people of Goa, domestic and foreign tourists, travelers, food enthusiasts, media personnel, photographers, dancers, celebrities and more! It is perhaps the largest festival of India, second only to the carnival at Rio de Janerio, Brazil. And this year, the expected footfall of tourists is likely to be double of what it was last year!
