All the rooms are generously sized- the sizes of the deluxe rooms are about 284 square feet while the sizes of the suites are about 568 square feet, are elegantly decorated and have inviting beds and soft lighting. The rooms have been laid with photo catalytic tiles coated with titanium oxide which reduce airborne pollutants and bacteria by around 70 %. All the rooms are equipped with LCD Television, mini-refrigerator, tea/coffee makers, safety lockers and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The facilities at the Sparsa resort include Auroma; a multi-cuisine restaurant, Land’s End; a well-stocked bar, a swimming pool, a health club and a tennis court. Authentic cuisine from Tamil Nadu is dished out at Auroma. The National Highway 47 (commonly referred to as NH 47) connects Trivandrum; the capital of Kerala to the Sparsa resort in Kanyakumari. The nearest airport is the Trivandrum International Airport in the neighboring state of Kerala, about 80 kilometers away. The railway station at Kanyakumari is just about 2 kilometers away from the Sparsa resort. There are daily trains departing and arriving from here to many important cities of the country.
